Admission Process
MJR Girls Higher Secondary School
Important: Admissions can be done both online by filling out the admission form or offline at the school premises.
Step 1: Collect Required Documents
- Photographs: 2 recent passport-size photos of the student & parents/guardians.
- Identification Documents: Aadhar Card copies of the student and parents.
- If Transferring from Another School:
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
- PEN (Permanent Education Number), if applicable
- Last school’s Report Card
Step 2: Fill Out the Admission Form
- Online: Visit our website and fill out the admission form. Upload all the required documents.
- Offline: Visit the school admission office to collect and complete the admission form. Attach all the required documents.
Step 3: Submit the Admission Form
- Online: Submit the form through the website.
- Offline: Submit the form at the admission office. Ensure all details are correct to avoid delays.
Step 4: Entrance Test
For certain grades, students may have to take an entrance test. The schedule will be communicated upon form submission.
Step 5: Interview & Verification
Parents and students may be called for an interview. All submitted documents will be verified by the administration.
Step 6: Fee Payment & Confirmation
Once the admission is approved, parents will receive a fee structure. Admission is confirmed after payment.
Step 7: Orientation & Class Allotment
Students will attend an orientation session and receive class details before the academic session begins.
